This place is gross. Trash was full and over flowing on to the floor, their napkins holders are a nightmare to touch our had visable used toothpicks in them. Seriously your charging 4 dollars a preztle. Sanitize amd keep your place clean. Sickening.

First time at this location, our cost was $36 for a box off pretzel bites, a drink, and a smoothie. The value was definitely there as they overstuffed the box almost 2 lbs worth.

They had a sign up saying they had “changed their service policy” and that you’re expected to wait 10 minutes each time. I just find this a bit ridiculous when there are 5 employees standing doing nothing and an empty store, specifically since pretzel maker is supposed to be a quicker option. It’s frustrating as another mall employee bc it takes all my break when it never used to.

Just stopped here for a fast snack before a doctors appointment. That was a mistake they had 3 of the slowest employees working. I have never been to a pretzel maker where there was a wait. Usually they give you your food right when you pay. Not here. There were people sitting all over in the lobby waiting for pretzel bites that are already made. The trays were full so it wasn’t like they were waiting for more to be made. I paid for my food and waited 10 for a small pretzel bite that’s it. I had to ask for a refund because I was now running late to my appointment. The girl had no idea what she was doing but she somehow managed to i think refund me before ANYONE in the lobby had gotten any food. I am only giving 2 stars because pretzel maker is my favorite and I will still be visiting other locations.
