The burger was great and the Paniolo Fries look amazing, but didn't taste good. The flavors don't mix, and I wished it was French fry style.
So I guess come for the burgers and skip the fries.

Amazing burgers. We got the Spencer and Seek burgers, both really good. The Spencer was just the right amount of heat, not too much, not too little. Some of the best burgers in the area, great flavor! We also split the paniola fries, very unique and tasty! We will be back to try the other burgers! Great service too.

The food was really good. I had Seek’s Deep
Blue. I loved the amount of sauce. I feel like most places don’t put sauce on anymore, and it’s a bummer. The Blue Cheese was a great addition. My husband had the crispy chicken and thought it was pretty fabulous, too. The fries were so good. My daughter kept saying how good the grilled cheese was .. although, the cheese didn’t look melted. Haha. But honestly, the water .. was so so refreshing. We’d been on a trip for the last three days, and it was the best water we’d had the whole time. Cold and so good. Definitely added to the Hawaiian feels. Wish we had one of these back home (The Treasure Valley, Idaho, if you’re wondering where a good location for one might be).

Oh darn! We were so excited to try this place out. Arrived before the big Friday rush. Walking in - decent but small location. Easy and straightforward ordering process. Go to fill up our drinks. Lids are out. No problem it happens. Next let’s find a spot - 3
-4 empty tables - not one is wiped down and clean. Place was not busy - it was steady. That’s fine - I can wipe down my own table. Food came out and the kid was nice enough. Food looked ok - American cheese (that’s McDonald’s cheese IMHO - I should have asked if there were options) - I got the basic fries - my son got the crazy fries. Here’s the good part: burger buns are good, the avocado that was added to my burger was good. Here’s the bad part: not one thing was hot, not one thing was warm, it wasn’t cold but it definitely was not warm. not in my meal or my sons. The crazy fries? Only messy layer of onions, sauce, and cheese on chip style fries (which when done well are so good)… nothing warm. One messy layer (non warm) of toppings. Dr Pepper was good though. Not a huge fan of leaving long or bad reviews. But I don’t think that for the price, the hype that the food shouldn’t be warm, tables shouldn’t be wiped and lids to drinks shouldn’t be out. Really fun idea. Who doesn’t love Hawaii in Utah? Could I have told the kids working? Sure but that would fall on deaf ears.

Stale pineapple, odd taste. Tasted like it'd been sitting in the fridge for days in a plastic container.

I never leave reviews, but I had to after coming here today.
To the people saying this place is “bland” or “unseasoned”: you’re the same ones who grew up eating vegetables suspended in Jello molds at family parties and thought that counted as “flavor.” If McDonald’s or The Habit is your gold standard, congratulations! You’ve officially disqualified yourself from having a valid opinion on burgers.
Seven Brothers is in a whole different league. The menu is creative and actually thought out, not some lazy copy and paste chicken joint like the 10 that’s opened in Utah this last year.
Service? Fast, chill, and friendly. Exactly what you need when you’re here for a great burger, not a white tablecloth performance.
Bottom line: this is the best burger joint around. If you can’t taste that, stick to your freezer-aisle White Castle Burgers.
