Was trying to get two drinks through the drive through, it took 20 minutes and the baristas looked at our order 4 times and kept getting it wrong somehow. Ended up paying twice and refusing lemonade 3 separate times anll told. Our order was still wrong.

I requested a ice water and was told they no longer give them out you must make a purchase. I offered to pay for my water cup and was told that was not an option… if I wanted water it would be bottled and cost me $3.99. I was just looking for some water it’s very hot out . Will not return.

Okay so i walked in today, and i was eating a croissant and my drink like usual. I was then disrupted when the manager (Dakota on name badge) was yelling across the entire store at his employees, who are clearly uncomfortable, about how he was acting it seemed to be over something so minuscule and the employees were trying there best to keep their bar as clean as possible. it was disgraceful to see a manger treat his employees this negatively and degrading them and seemed overly controlling over keeping their working space clean!?!?!? i’d want the space where my food and drinks are prepped to be clean.

Was standing in line to order - i heard the manager name tag Dakota yelling at an employee who didn't feel comfortable selling food out of the display case after multiple times of seeing fruit flies and other bugs. I feel grossed out that the manager is allowing and encouraging employees to break health code. This was disgusting seeing the display food being selled after hearing this interaction.

I go to this Starbucks every morning. The girls that work the drive through are always so friendly and cheerful. That has to be hard that early. haha oh and the coffee is good here too

This is genuinely one of my favorite starbucks. They haven’t ever gotten my drinks wrong, they always taste amazing. The service is great, and the lobby is also really nice to sit inside.
