I was trying to teach my daughter some independence this morning with going in and ordering her (and her friend) drinks, paying and waiting for them. I was out in the parking lot, parked where I could see in the store and the drive through. The drive through cleared out 2x while I sat there. The "dining" room also cleared out a few times while I watched. Meaning-patrons after my daughter and her friend had ordered, paid and received their drinks and these two girls are still standing around, waiting to get theirs. We were there 30 mins before school-plenty of time. When my daughter asked how much longer she was told 5 more mins. The problem with that was these girls would be late to school so we left. My daughter wanted to spend her hard earned money on a treat for her and her friend. Money she earned by shoveling horse poop. A read job....not just spending parents money. I don't know if its lack of training for the employees or these two girls order was just "forgotten". You would think they would have noticed these girls and started asking questions. Those employees could have done better. The kids should be treated as an adult is treated in your establishment. I guarantee, if I was standing in the store with them, this would not have happened.

I waited 25 minutes for my coffee and danish. There were six employees and four customers so this doesn't make sense. When I finally asked what was going on they said your drinks are right here. Then I said where's my Danish ? And they said oh we can make that real quick. And the girl I asked about it was very obviously annoyed that I was asking about it.

i would leave a zero if i could, specially a worker named Julie. was HORRIBLE to me and my family, had the most awful unwelcoming attitude, threw my food onto the counter when it was ready and put in the wrong order after i corrected her repeatedly. will NEVER return to this location until julie is gone. she was awful.

Ordered a pink drink with cold foam… pretty sure the cream had gone bad and there was a hair in it ? good news is I had a coupon so I only paid $8 instead of $11 for a drink I couldn’t drink

Lots of electrical outlets, but very slow wifi (~1 Mbps). Otherwise nice enough.
I love their hot chocolate. If it seems little too dark for some, try adding some pumps of vanilla. They also have cheese danishes that are amazing. The customer service at this location is amazing! Store is always clean. They are fast and

I was having a rough day and I thought I would get myself a little pick me up. So I came to the store! Waited WAY to long! The employee was rude! I paid $10 for a drink that was wrong and then I found out that Starbucks is supporting horrible atrocities around the world. I will never return to Starbucks for the rest of my life.
