I ordered a chicken protein bowl. They put the spinach in, the about 8 cubes of chicken in it. I said is that all the chicken you put? She said I can put more in... Then a different teenager proceeded to put the rest of the veggies in... I asked for yellow peppers, she put 5 on. I asked more. Then I said do you not put cheese on them here?? The first teenager said oh sorry.
The teenager who rang me up forgot the fork.
They need training, standardized like the rest of ALL the subway chains.
Horrible experience. Next time we'll pack a cooler and make our own food.

I'd say my favorite ride at Lagoon was Subway. From getting to wait 30+ minutes for our turn to order to watching a Karen chew out the pre teen workers who clearly aren't paid enough to care. Noted for next time - bring a sandwich from home. Unless you're cool with stale bread, absolutely no options (they only had white bread) and a depressing-but-still-better-than-sweating-outside atmosphere.

Ehhh, this subway is alright. It is way too expensive for how much food you get. It is about $15 for a foot long and is not worth that price. There are so many better options at the park that are the same price or cheaper. The best thing here by far are their cookies and that is the main reason for the 2 stars.

this food was absolutely disgusting. the workers were too young and had no idea what they were doing they almost dropped my sandwich because they didn’t know how to wrap it up properly the cheese tasted moldy the bread was hard this was the most disgusting meal i’ve ever had it smelt disgusting and they were out of toppings. very disappointed over charged for horrible food will NOT be coming back.

I loved it there!!! The workers were so nice and the mangers seemed to know what they were doing!! It was super clean and it actually felt like a real restaurant. Everyone was smiling. I ordered about 4 sandwiches and they had them out super fast. I’m so impressed I will be dinning here again when I visit lagoon.
This subway is incredible, the manager there is so so sweet and you can tell that everyone there loves their job and is very passionate at helping us (the guests). For this being run by 14-18 yr olds it was outstanding. I love my experience here and will definitely come back every-time I’m at lagoon.

Terrible. The employee “making my sandwich had zero customer service and moved like a sloth even with a line of people waiting to be served. Food quality was poor. You’re better off bringing you’re own sandwich from the store.

I was served by Noah Y! He was awesome. He needed some time to get situated with some people, but dealt with it like a champ and was super nice. Even with some impatient customers, he was unphased and served me some great food!
