The Habit Burger Grill

The food was great. I really didn't like the kiosk way of ordering. And I really didn't like that I had to be very specific in the kiosk and order napkins and salt and all these little things. I felic the kiosk was much more complicated. I also felt rushed and didn't really get what I wanted because I couldn't figure out where to make changes. I didn't want fries but I couldn't figure out where to change the fries to onion rings without talking to someone at the counter. Maybe you guys can make a change with the kiosks. Make him more user-friendly. I'll even come back and test them out if you make a change to them.

This place used to be much better. The Cobb Salad has changed, the shakes don’t have a malt option and they charge for extra salad dressing. Crazy. Won’t be back here.

Good food clean space.

Sorry but took the food back once and it still came out more raw than cooked the second time but just didn't want them wasting their efforts again we've been to a lot of these restaurants and really like them they just really undercook the food here.

Overall great service, and food. Even with a big order ahead of me, they made my order in a decent amount of time.

I love habit. Great food and servers are friendly. I am not a fan of ordering through kiosks because you can’t ask questions and it is slower from my perspective. But otherwise a great experience.

We came in really close to closing. They didn't make a big deal about it. They took our order and provided great service and food.

Went there around 5 pm and started throwing up around 10 pm. Definitely got food poisoning or something from you guys. First time trying and definitely regret it.

Service was prompt and staff was friendly. The best tempura green beans.

This is one of the best fast food chain restaurants. For the same price, as McDonalds, you get a much higher quality and tastier burgers 🍔. This particular location has very nice people working at the counter. Good vibes!

Great atmosphere for a "burger joint." They really make a quality burger. So far they make my favorite burger in the region. Additionally, they have onion rings and sweet potato fries. It really up's the game over places like Whataburger, Five Guys, or In-N-Out.

I haven't been to Habit Burger for years, since their quality declined after being acquired by YUM brands. Tonight I decided to give them another chance, and I'm sorry I did. When I walked in, the floor was messy and covered with fries by the drink station. That was my first clue. I got my food and drove home. Along the way, I sampled a fry, and it was soggy. I got home and ate my burger, and found that the burger was greasy, and had some chewy black stuff, which appeared to be something scraped off the grill. This was a disappointing experience. Five years ago Habit Burger made the best burgers around, but not anymore. I guess the corporate overlords at YUM destroyed it.
