It was my first visit to Vessel Kitchen. The menu has very healthy options for every palate, be it vegan, vegetarian, meat lover, gluten-free etc. I had the Chicken and Grain bowl which contains: shredded chicken, coconut rice and quinoa ,honey aoli, Peruvian green sauce and mango salsa. I asked to taste the green sauce to make sure it wasn't too spicy. It's tasty! They are very accommodating. I'll be returning🙂

Such unique and yummy dishes here. For those with dietary restrictions, this is an awesome choice because everything is marked as vegan, dairy-free, gluten, etc. And it felt healthy, but so flavorful. The hash hash signature dish was amazing because the sweet potato hash gave the meat lots of moisture. Overall, yummy dishes here!

Oh man this food is amazing and the price is reasonable! We did the family meal and got braised beef, Mac and cheese, Thai carrots (better than it sounds), and the coconut rice and quinoa! Each one was really delicious (Sorry pic is after we ate)
Goodness - what isn't there to wax poetic about Vessel Kitchen? Good food, fresh and well prepared. Comparable pricing to other quick-service restaurants, but surpassing in quality and atmosphere. Everyone at this location is always very friendly and helpful. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for food. My kids love it too!

Yesterday around 1 pm me and my wife went to eat, I told the cashier to put in my number for the points and she told me it will come up when I pay, which is not true since I go there everyday, but she insisted so I went and pay, turns out I couldn’t put in my number after and get my points. Ofc I tip her 0 and her customer service sucks lying to the customers because she is too lazy to type a few numbers into an iPad.

I ate at the Farmington restaurant on 29 June 2025. This is the worst meal I have had for a very long time. I got The Med. The cash register receipt says I placed the order at 11:06 am. They open at 11 am. The texture of the broccoli was mushy. It had to be left over from the day before. The pita bread had an awful oily taste. I will not eat here again. I will tell everyone I know how horrible this restaurant is.

I ordered the med bowl for dinner tonight. Everything on my plate appeared burnt and tasted burnt. The quinoa grains tasted like the oil was old or burnt when they were prepared, my green veggies were visibly black and tasted charred, and the fried balls with the green substance were severely overcooked and dry as a bone inside. The teenage boy who served our food to our table literally had his thumbs in both mine and my wife’s dishes as he was handing them to us - making contact with the food. He then licked his thumbs as he walked away. In hindsight, I should have asked for a refund before leaving.
All in all, I would give this place a second chance. It must have just been a bad night, because my wife spoke very highly of her previous experience.
