No TVs to distract from conversation. The food was really good. I'm not really familiar with Vietnamese food. I've had some here and there, but I left here feeling full, and the food was flavorful with slight undertones. Would definitely go again.

Customer Service needs improvement. Food is hit and miss. Ordered take out chicken pho that was missing seasoning. Broth tasted similar to water.

I ordered the beef pho. I was disappointed with the lack of meat. It tasted good once you added peppers, sauce and heat but there just wasn't a lot of meat. Our service wasn't great. Our appetizer was delivered and we had to ask for plates and silverware. Our calamari wasn't great and the plates sat there our whole meal. I don't need to be crowded by appetizer plates that I used 20 mins ago. I won't go back or recommend.

We have been here probably six or seven times but probably won't be back. The food has always been pretty good, but the service gets worse every time we go. Last night was the worst service we have had anywhere in a long time. The employees acted like they didn't even care and it showed. Forgotten orders/drinks, no napkins/utensils, no refills, had to ask for the check and then go find someone to pay--understandable if busy, but it wasn't busy. The employees were just chatting and couldn't be bothered. It is disappointing because this place could be great.

I loved the crab rangoon apps I got, that was the redeemable part of my meal. Others ordered the spring rolls and enjoyed them. My husband liked the pho, I ordered the walnut shrimp, which I shouldn’t have apparently at a Vietnamese restaurant! I just love walnut shrimp, but for $16 I thought I’d get more than 9 shrimp on three pieces of lettuce with 4 half slices of pink tomatoes…. And zero walnuts!!! The shrimp was tasty, just thought there would be rice too, or walnuts?!! Don’t get the walnut shrimp, go for the pho! Also I had to ask to get water refills for the table, and others didn’t get the drinks they ordered, but I think they were short staffed?!

I love Southeast Asian food! When I found out about Vietopia I knew I had to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit, and this is why:

The Ambiance: I entered the restaurant to find it completely empty. It was shortly after lunch; probably around
2 p.m. The place has ample seating, was very clean, and the decor really livened the place up. The temperature and music were both at appropriate levels as well.

The Service: Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and taken to my seat. I was served by Ricardo, and he took very good care of me. As I was the only one there, that was to be expected I suppose.

The Food: Amazing Food!! I started out with Springrolls, and boy were they good! The temperature of them was perfect and the peanut sauce was very balanced and tasty. I ordered the Phoʻ with brisket and extra noodles on the side for my main dish and it did not disappoint! The portion size was HUGE! Don't let the prices fool you! You get two meals out of this bowl of Phoʻ, easily! The broth was extremely good, the meat tender, and noodles cooked to perfection. It was great to have the fresh ingredients served on the side to add to your liking also. They were very crisp and fresh! I know that is how Phoʻ is served, but I have been surprised by the number of places that don't provide this essential service.

Overall I give this place a well deserved five stars. Please come and give them a try. Consider yourself lucky if you have Ricardo as your server, other than that Chúc bạn có bữa tối tuyệt vời! Or in other words, txaus siab rau koj noj hmo txaus! Or in other words, ເພີດເພີນກັບຄ່ໍາທີ່ຫນ້າຫວາດສຽວຂອງທ່ານ! Or in other words, เพลิดเพลินกับมื้อค่ำแสนอร่อยของคุณ! Or in other words, enjoy your awesome meal!

Parking: This place is located at Station Park, and there is extremely limited parking close by the restaurant, so expect to walk a little ways, but totally worth it!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available with traditional kids menu fare as well as kids portion sizes of Vietnamese items.

My daughter and I ate here around 2pm today. They were surprisingly empty for a Saturday; there were only two other people there. My daughter ordered plain noodle soup and we requested no vegetables but it was brought with a ton of onions in it. I explained to her that might just be how they make their broth so there might not be a way around that. The broth was tasty and there were a lot of noodles in it which was a plus for her. She also ordered the spicy wings which were very good and very crispy. I ordered the house special noodles and requested chicken, beef and shrimp. I was charged for beef but there was none in my dish. Also, I couldn’t even tell there were noodles in my dish because they were buried at the bottom. There were hardly any there and they were so overcooked they were just small pieces that were stuck together and mushy. There was a good amount of chicken, shrimp and vegetables. The sauce was on the sweet side; not soy sauce dominant like I’m used to. I ordered spring rolls; they weren’t brought out but I wasn’t charged for them. Our waitress didn’t write our order down, so I was somewhat expecting something to be missing. She had to come back to us a couple of times to clarify what we wanted. We will definitely be back when my daughter has a hankering for pho and we don’t want to drive to our usual place but I’ll be trying something different. — at Vietopia Bistro.

Ordered rare steak and brisket pho, but all i got was grey leather meat. Basically a bowl of water and noodles. I wanted to use the condiments to add some flavor but cleanliness was not a daily task. As food prices increase, I no longer want to give repeat business to mediocre food.

Well, in my opinion, the food is too much, too much, too much to eat. But I also commented and in my house, we should leave the bread whole and not cut it in half, cutting it in half makes me feel like I'm eating a hotdog. The space here is beautiful and the staff is lovely. Everyone who comes to eat should call it medium sized, the food should be called big and a lot. Yes, thank you
