Why is there 1 employee working and it takes an hour to get a waffle made at 11:00 am? Like, line out the door…1 slowest moving employee I’ve ever seen. It was a sloth disguised as a teenage boy. Two waffle makers, but he could only figure out how to make 1 waffle at a time. It’s like they found the only teenager that’s never played ‘Order Up!’ on his phone before.
Edit: no I’m not going to waste more of my time and email, nor will I ever be back there. Figure out your own problems

Great food. I'd recommend dine in only. The drive thru is kind of a nightmare. Also this food a lot of it is not great to go. Its really best fresh. If you get it to go and it sits in the togo container, it will steam, and not be nearly as good.

Disappointing service and concerning hygiene I was really disappointed by my visit to this location. The dining area was in poor shape, with no clean tables available and noticeably dirty floors. The service was equally frustrating, after being ignored at the drive-thru, I went inside only to wait several more minutes before a staff member appeared. The kitchen looked chaotic, with sticky notes everywhere listing out-of-stock items, and the general lack of tidiness was off-putting
