Very polite and clear man on drive thru. I was only car in drive thru and by the time I payed my food was ready, but still fresh as the cook hands it to me himself. 2JBC meal was so yummy. This Wendy’s has AURA!

Your spicy chicken patty was 60% the size of your small bun. Like the quantity of 3 of your chicken nuggets? No wonder chicken is on sale for 1.99 with another purchase? How can you sell a chicken “sandwich” with a chicken breast that small? What happened to your quality control, or no wonder you have chicken “breasts” you need to put on sale?

Half the doors were locked. When we did finally get inside we stood for over 10 minutes without a single employee even acknowledging us. When MARIAH was finally ready to take our order she was extremely rude. After all that they also messed up our order. I’ll starve before I return here.

If the food tax in Utah 3% and the states sales tax 4.85% how to you guys get away with charging over $1 on tax on a 2 for $3 deal? And instead of giving an answer of I don’t know it’s corporate, why not call corporate so that you can give your customers a valid response?
I could only imagine what you guys are charging for regular meals.

The folks they hire hate their jobs and treat you like you insulted them just by showing up. Food is prepared carelessly, portions are small, and prices are too high for what you get.

Extremely poor service experience. They forgot multiple things from our order, and 1 item the got wrong 3 TIMES. literally a plain burger (picky kid). How do you get that wrong 3 times? After 45 minutes of waiting, they did give us a 50 cent frosty... so I guess that makes up for it.
