Waited almost 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. People started backing up and leaving, as did I. Order taker (sounded like an older lady) had her mic on and was heard arguing with another employee, heard me muttering about my frustration about the wait, then proceeded to TRY and start an argument with me. I said nothing, backed up and left.
I am a frequent visitor of the fast food restaurants in this area, as I work pretty close. The people working here are by far my favorite people. They're personable, fast, and the only time I have ever had a problem with my order the manager Jake had it fixed within seconds. I didn't even like Arby's before I started going here.
If you want yo know how a fast food place works, come here they're loudly discussing work schedules and how to do stuff and not taking my order, I was the only one in there. P. S. DONT GET THE FRENCH DIP THEY SAUCE IS MADE FTOM A POWDER.
