Tried to order food tonight, and it was a complete disaster. The menu is small, and our order was as simple as it gets—2 kids' enchiladas and chicken nachos. The person taking our order said she couldn’t hear us, so we had to repeat the order multiple times. When we got to the window, my card was charged $32 for an order that included 2 kids' enchiladas, 2 adult enchiladas, and a cheese burrito—none of which we ordered.

I am so happy Costa Vida is here in the North Ogden area! They are super busy which is great to see. I chose a quieter time to go so it was a quick experience and the food was fantastic!
Absolutely the worst service ever, it’s now going on almost 2 hours waiting on an order placed online. The drivers can’t sit and wait this long to pick up customers food. I will not be ordering again.
