We go hunting every year in the area a d have to have their fried chicken and fries. They were very busy, so it did take awhile to get our food, but it was worth the wait.

I grew up loving this place. It has new management and ever sense it has changed everything about it. The food is lower quality, they raised the prices and the staff does not seem like they want to be there or take your order. We went in yesterday 45 min before closing. 2 of the staff were out back smoking and chatting, we went in to order because they NEVER answer the phone. We were told it would be a wait, we said thats fine. A minute later the young man came back over and said they cant take our order because they were too busy. We drove by going to the store 20 minutes later with still 15-20 minutes before closing and it was empty. Unfortunately the staff acting like this is not a one time incident, its common to be waiting at the counter to be helped for a long while, to not get an answer when calling, or to be told they are closing in 30 minutes and annoyed you are there even when its just ice cream you order.

I got a Philly steak and it looked like the cook had sat on it. I was also disappointed because it was almost 10 dollars and hardly had any steak on it. It tasted good but they need to work on the presentation

Stopped to grab lunch, Order taker was busy talking with the rest of the staff to take my order. I waited 10 minutes, I could see and hear them, and they could see me, is a matter of fact I caught one person's eyes twice and still no service. Have not been back and won't go back after seeing their prices. He'll its worth the gas to go to Price, and there you have a few more choices.

Ever since the new owners bought it everything seems to be different and not as good. But that’s not why I’m writing this review today. Today I did an online order. I ordered chicken nuggets for my one year-old daughter and a corn dog for my brother. The chicken nuggets were so tough and chewy that my daughter couldn’t eat them. As for the corn dog, it wasn’t fully cooked, the breading on it was still super doughy. This has been a reoccurring issue. I used to love going in there and ordering their food to support local, but 90% of the time that we stop by the staff Are not friendly. There’s a few that are friendly. I’ve noticed it’s mostly the younger employees that are not very nice. This one’s not a big deal but with the old ownership when you bought a pizza stick, they automatically just gave you ranch, the new owners don’t do that. Couple months ago, my family went in. We ordered an ice cream sandwich and it tasted like chemicals like cleaning chemicals. They did replace it, which was nice, but that was just really weird. All that being said, I’m still going to continue to support this business, but there are some areas that need improvements. Last thing, the smokehouse burger is delicious and the best item on the menu but be warned it falls apart. Like the bun is cheap. You will get messy lol

I use to love this place. But not no more. I ordered a beef taco, I got a hamburger taco with no seasoning and big chunk of hamburger. Come on really. People won't complain about alot of bacon on their burgers but if you can't taste the burger that's too much. And my daughter ordered crinkle cut fries and got shoestring. That was no worth 30 dollars I paid. I will never go back. I will go to castle dale or price then go back.
