We stayed here for the solar eclipse and got here after the lodge closed. I felt bad because I didn’t know they closed at 8 but the employee called me and checked me in over the phone and gave me the code to the room and the WiFi password. Room was very spacious and tidy, nothing amazing about the beds but they were comfortable. The bathroom could use updated but was fine. I’d stay here again!
Great room for the price wifi wasn't great beds were comfortable the room was clean the tv channels weren't bad is next to Manti-La Sal National Forest with a well maintained 4×4 gravel road to the top of a mountain. The lodge has some big toys for getting around and 4×4ing for rent. There is also a state campground with electricy and water about 15 mins or less on the same way to manti. Very interesting place. It's a gas station, motel/cabins, diner, convenience store, gift shop, adventure/rental center, and gun store. The staff works multiple jobs and they were always courteous. I ordered the chicken bacon grinder from the diner. I didn't have high expectations but it was actually really good. My friend had a different chicken sandwich and also said it was delicious.
