We were headed back home from southern Utah and stopped here for a late dinner. It was empty inside except for one other couple so it was quiet. My husband is on a strict diet and they employee up front was friendly and kind and helped fulfill his dietary restriction request which made my heart happy. Our food came out fresh and hot and we enjoyed our meal in the quiet dinning room. We will definitely be back again next time we are in the area.

Hours stated they would be open till 11:00 p.m. we arrived shortly before 10:00. They had the doors locked and would not unlock them when we knocked to be let in. Being right next to a truck stop you think that they would accommodate the actual hours listed. Poor customer service.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that, 1 star is being nice. Girl who took our order had a terrible attitude, and seemed annoyed that we had more than 1 meal to order. Waited I think 10-15 minutes for our food to come out, because the “tenders were not ready”. Well tenders weren’t even of the slightest hot so not sure what the wait was for. My sandwich was more like slop on a piece of paper, cold and not appetizing of the slightest. Forgot the kids meal milk, so had to go inside for that. And didn’t put any sauce that was asked for in the bag. 0/10, do not recommend, go somewhere else, especially if you’re in a hurry to get back on the road. Spent $30 just to throw all of it away👍🏼

This was a dirty, terrible place. There was not a clean table in the place, and yet there were two patrons. The food tasted like it had been kept warm for hours. I expect more from a national food chain.

11/21 night shift cashier had an absolute horribly rude attitude. We asked if they had any keto options and she told us yes. I asked to see their nutritional facts on what was keto friendly and she ripped it out of the holder and slapped it on the counter and said this it and pointed to the Greek gyro. I told her that is a gyro not keto and she grabbed it off the counter. Instead of the Mac & cheese we ordered we got chicken tenders, the side of roast beef I got was good even though that’s not what I ordered. We will find a different place to stop next time.
I came in at dinner at around 6:30pm on November 11th. They were blasting uncensored rap music from a Bluetooth speaker in the back, with slurs and profanity audible everywhere in the restaurant. Then I got my food, and the sandwich was a complete mess with most of the sauce on the outside of the sandwich, also the sandwich was nowhere near cut in half, as if they gave up on cutting it. The sauce dispenser by the soda machine didn’t work, and there were no napkins either.

Apparently this Arby’s in Fillmore doesn’t have the meats… saddest excuse for a brisket sandwich I’ve seen in my entire life. Shame on these people for getting away with this service.

I ordered a coke with no ice and some food, I was asked to pull forward as they waiting on food which is no big deal. I realized that I had gotten a cup of just ice, I told the worker who gave me my food and instead of apologizing she gave me rude glare and told me to go inside and fill it up myself. As a fast food worker I would never speak to anyone like that.
