We stopped at this location on our way home from a weekend trip. The young man at the window who took our order was so friendly and cheerful. It was actually a nice surprise considering the standard of customer service that you might usually receive. He actually ran the order all the way to our car to ensure speedy service! Food was great too!

The staff at any business establishment is what makes or breaks the place. The staff is here is 11/10! The manager Gina is an absolute angel- very kind & professional! The gal with the blonde hair working the closing shift is as well. (I got the same vibes from the other staff, but didn’t deal with them directly!) They are what MAKE this location- you can go anywhere & get food, if you’re looking for a good interaction to go with it, this is the place. BK, I hope that you give these staff members their flowers, recognition for all their hard work & dedication, as well as a very much deserved raise! They are an asset to your company, & would be an asset to ANY company they choose to work for. They are the glue that holds its all together, keeps the machine oiled & running well- & they most definitely are the reason people return to this location. 🫶🏼

Overall good food and decently fast service staff was nice however I’ve never seen having to pay for extra sauce especially when they just never put it in your bag even after asking what sauce we wanted?

I just stopped by on a road trip and to be honest the chicken fries and mozzarella fries were really good (low key the best mozerella sticks ive had in a good while), but they asked me what sauce I wanted with my chicken and I told them BBQ sauce. They didn't give it to me though and when I went back to get some they were trying to make me pay like 30 cents for extra sauce even though I just didn't get my regular sauce. overall like 7 out of 10 cause the food was still good

I used the app to order ahead and then was told I needed to wait in line to check in so they would start to make my food. They put mayo on my chicken sandwich even though I specified to take it off. I have an egg allergy. The fries were barely cooked.
Staff were amazing but fries were old and undercooked. Bread was stale and wasn't worth eating. Flies everywhere and the place smells like old and burnt cooking oil. Definitely not worth the stop

We stopped in to buy Jr. Whoppers and fries in the afternoon, sad our burgers had welted tomatoes and onions, lettuce, no pickles, our fries tasted old, they weren't fresh, it was like they were in a hurry to get them out of the fryer, cause they were cold in the middle. Wasted money cause we dumped them out went to Carl's Jr for fries 🍟 told them what happened so they were kind enough and I only paid half price for Carl's Jr fries.

Yes this place has the rudest people working here they make you wait for like 20+ min for your food. At times they have good employees if you stop at the right time they'll get your food to you in time that's not gonna happen now so if you are gonna order food it'd be best to call it in ahead of time so you can get in an out as fast as you can. If you call it in and it's not ready by the time you get there then you truly know that they don't really care about their customers or their food and that should fall on the manager and store owner ...

Went here on weds Sept 18th there was a tall heavy set lady who I believe was the manager, she had a TERRIBLE attitude to us and the customer in front of us ( she told him to call in next time before placing a big order ($50) she was very rude and obnoxious!!! We waited soooo long just for 2 value meals!!! The manager was also heard shouting at staff for wearing one of the crown hats! Do better BK!! The food was dry and awful…..
