I walked in and ordered a large double whopper combo. I ended up getting a double cheese and small fry combo. I wish people would actually listen and not just act like they are listening. When i say double whopper, I am not saying the Texas one,I am saying the regular one.

We were very hungry and made a stop here, so the place wasn't too crowded and tables were available. The service was friendly, and the burgers have the brand's classic taste and distinctive size.

Service is hard to say. The young girl taking orders, once she finally decided to take our order was not very nice. No smile throws the bag on the counter. She's pretty much just here to make a paycheck.

And then there was this sweet girl Brooklyn who was making all the fryer items. Cleaning the lobby, super sweet, and has a great smile. She was willing to help when no one else did as I stood there for mayo packet. Not 1 other person even acknowledged me. But Brooklyn did!! She's pretty amazing!!!
Thank you for at least having Brooklyn here to help people!

Stopped at the Burger King in Fillmore, Utah, and they completely messed up my order. Missing items, wrong sandwich, and the fries were cold and stale. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t have time to turn around and get it fixed.

It’s ridiculous to pay full price and not get what you ordered. No attention to detail, and it feels like they just don’t care. If you’re passing through, I’d seriously consider skipping this place.

A couple nice workers but the majority needs to learn some customer service skills. Very unorganized.. Not clean at all.. it didn’t look like they were short of help on my visit but everyone was just walking around didn’t look like they were doing much to hustle to help customers. People were waiting to be helped 10-15 minutes.. another 10-15 minutes for food??? Fast food shouldn’t be that way.

Not to be dramatic, but their fiery chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Moist, crunchy, crispy lettuce, yummy sauce. Service was good, food was fresh and delicious.
