The last three times I went to Carl's Jr. They did not have chocolate shakes. Why? I don't know. Very frustrating

The kid that took our order was very friendly, he made sure he got the order correct (wasn't afraid to ask if he didn't hear & made sure we knew the options) and when our order was ready he saw my hands were full so he grabbed me a plastic bag to put the food in and a cup holder so my daughter could carry the cups without any trouble. (I understand that that is how it should be, but unfortunately that's not always how it is, so when someone actually does their job like they are supposed to, especially with a friendly smile on their face and a welcoming tone, it shows, and I appreciate it!)
We hadn't been to a Carl's Jr in years, we didn't know what to expect as far as the food goes. Turns out the hamburgers are huge! I had ordered a Western burger, double patties, and a large fry & drink for my husband. We hadn't eaten much that day so we were all hungry, he had a hard time eating it all. My daughter ordered a double pattie burger as well with the medium fry and drink with no intention of eating her fries, she was unable to eat her whole burger. I ordered myself the single pattie bacon avacado burger with large fry & the strawberry lemonade (slightly smaller cup). The burger was just as big as the other two, a bit messy so don't order if you're driving, I couldn't eat the bun, nor the fries. The food was good, fresh, hot and plentiful!

My favorite thing about carls jr is being able to order lunch items early in the morning. As someone who works 3rd shift and doesn't want breakfast food when I get off, it's nice to have 1 spot that sells hamburgers at 7 in the morning.

Incredibly dirty and messy. Not one clean table. Staff is busy on their phones. No fry sauce. No ice cream or shakes. Doesn’t even feel like a Carl’s Jr chain how poorly run it is.

Worst fast food experience. We got to the drive through. We’re told it would be just a minute. After 10 minute we asked if they were still there. They said yes. We asked if we could order. Gave them the two burgers we wanted to order and told them we had a coupon from the app. They said they didn’t know how to do them and they had to delete the order and to come to the window. We drove up and waited at least 5 more minutes and the window was open. Saw someone in the back but no one else. Then the guy walked right passed the window to the dining room and didn’t even acknowledge us so we left. There wasn’t another person in the drive thru ahead of us and it was 12:30. Took nearly 15 minutes in a fast food drive through that was empty and never even got our order taken and the guy didn’t know how to take our app coupon and even forgot we were sitting at the window waiting. Very disappointed.
