I travel for work, and every time I get a chance to come to Utah I always stop by here and enjoy their sweet pork burrito! Jorge and Jermay are very kind and as it does get busy they manage it very well! DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!

We went on a Sunday around 6 pm. It was not super busy, people kept trickling in, but no real wait time. Clean dining area, kind, fast and accurate staff. A Geat little stop in Fillmore.

Atmosphere: always OVERCROWDED
And if you wait for things to slow down they don't have certain things available
Service: drive thru often closes during business hours
Once in the drive thru I was asked to wait then 5-10 minutes later they informed me the store just closed
If you do an online order you have to go in to pick it up, they will not give it to you thru drive thru
Almost everybody there has a great personality but as mentioned before it is always overcrowded and they be stressing to get food prepped and out to speed up the line
The food--heavenly, when they do it right
It's like a mouthwash and you crave more
I literally gag trying to eat anything else cause I crave the nachos so much everything else is peasant food
I order on the add cause the drive thru is undependable and I don't want to get caught in the line but we have a system
My husband gets a beef smothered burrito
I get nachos but am lactose intolerant so I don't always want the cheese and the queso is too spicy (vanilla ice cream burns my tongue, I'm white white) so I ask for gueso and guac on side and extra tin of chips to eat the queso with and give wguac to hubby.......there is no way to specify guac and queso on the side so I put it as the name of person getting order.....6 out of 7 times they see and do it right, but that one time I don't I never notice until im already home and why drive back

This is the worst Costa Vida experience I’ve ever had. The queso cheese was disgusting. They charge for water cups and the employees look extremely unhappy. One employ was playing with her face and hair the whole time even with her gloves on.

Good Food, but don't bother ordering ahead online. If they are busy they prioritize in-person orders. My order was 25 minutes later than estimated and almost one hour from when I ordered hoping for a quick stop.

the employee give me so little rice and beans and charge you more if they give you a normal amount of rice. Never stopping here again! And they give us a very hard tortilla that it’s not even cooked! The employee serving has very bad costumer service! Do not come here! Bad service and bad food!

Pulled into the drive-thru, no cars, great...and was told there would be about a 10-minute wait!? which I assumed was for the food. Nope. That's was just for someone to take the order. Unfortunately, no one came back to take my order during that time, and I sat there as the only car in the drive-thru until I finally had to speak up. A little clearer communication would have made a big difference.

Frankly…. The portions here are less than they should be. They charged me full price for adding rice and beans and I probably got half of the amount they should be putting on the plate. The burrito was the same deal. Sucks to pay nearly $17.00 for a burrito with a little rice and beans and walk away feeling like I need to go find another place to eat.

This location of Costa Vida is dishonest. They have one price on their main menu and they hide different prices elsewhere in the restaurant so they can justify surprising you with extra charges after you order. Not cool. This is the owner's fault and it puts their employees in an unfair position to defend this dishonest business practice. Also it is ridiculous to be the only location that charges extra for chicken when the chicken at this location is clearly lower quality. This is the lowest-quality franchise location I've seen in the state - missing limes, missing cilantro, crusty salsa, lower-quality meat, and a dishonest menu. It is probably difficult to supply a Costs Vida (normally known for fresh quality) in the middle of nowhere, but anyone can provide an honest menu.

Four stars instead of three because I know how it is with the dinner rush. The floors were dirty and they put tortillas strips on my salad even when I just said not to. I’m not picky though so it’s okay. What made up for it all was the CHILI LIME CHOLULA HOT SAUCE which is my absolute favorite and I can never find offered at costa Vida. I got so much it had to have its own separate dressing container.
