Order was supposed to be ready at 1:09 (placed around 12:49) . Was not even spoken to at the waiting line for pickup until 1:32. We ordered from Beaver as well trying to plan ahead. I asked for an update at 1:45 and they told me to wait, even though other orders were done before me. I ended up leaving without ever receiving my food after waiting for an hour.
Update: spoke with customer support and they made it right. Refunded me which was all I wanted.

They count the pieces of meat when they put them on the plate. No joke. The portions are a lot smaller than Cafe Rio. Not veggies on the tacos and the horchata, is not real horchata 💕

I just had the best gluten free salad tonight from the Fillmore, Utah location! We will be stopping by again when we were passing by. The customer service was awesome! They definitely are gluten free friendly! The salad was the best salad every bite was delicious and full of flavor!

Afternoon staff is worthless. I've placed online orders and did not get my whole order. Tried to call to let them know with no answer or return calls. This is the worst Costa Vida I've been to.
