I stopped to use the bathroom and it was super nice, very clean, I would stop here again. Excellent service in the store.

Gross and disgusting does not even to begin the horrors of the women’s bathroom. As far as food options the ice cream selection was small and not one item was something I would eat. Horrible is being kind.

Stopped here to eat at Costa Vida. When my son walked over to buy a drink, he thought water was leaking from the ceiling. When he went to check out, the cashier squirted him with a squirt gun. I went back in after we ate and watched them squirt another small child in the back walking out behind his parents. When I went to go to the restroom, both cashiers (adults) started squirting my kids. Not once did they squirt an adult. This seems like pretty risky business, even if to just be funny. Before I left the store, I asked them if it’s normal that they squirt kids with squirt guns, they told me, “Sometimes.” Then said they do it to have fun, especially when it’s hot outside (it wasn’t). So strange, sorta creepy. I told them it’s a bit concerning from a parent perspective to see that happening, in a store, by adults, and reflects poorly on the business. Just know if you stop here, keep an eye on your kids. I’ll stop across the street at Maverick next time.

As we left the store my daughter tripped. The manager saw and ran out a sucker for her to cheer her up. Great customer service and hospitality.
