Iceberg has the best shakes and malts. If you want the best, go to St. George, the Fillmore location SUCKS! I paid 10 bucks for a malt and got a cup full of soft serve. Not mixed at all, no favors added as ordered. Don't waste your money.

How do you serve cold fries? The gal working was sweet but didn't get anyones order right. Flys were everywhere. BLT was all mayo lettuce and very minimal bacon. Milkshake machine was broken.

This is definitely one of the more rundown icebergs Iâve visited. The shakes were good, but all the food was freezer burnt and actually burnt when they cooked it. If I need a shake of the 15 Iâll stop again, but never again for food.

I always love your food. Any iceberg will do. But when I have to jump over a puddle of sticky who knows what to get in the front door. That sucks. I have a new truck and had three kids that had to track what ever that stuff is on the ground in to my truck. Between the four orders that were placed while I was there you can easily buy a pressure washer and have an employee clean up the entrance. Seriously do you not care about the restaurant anymore? Sorry but not sorry.

We ordered online ahead of time and they still had parts of our order missing. The restaurant was very dirty and then womenâs restroom was filthy. The food we got tasted decent enough. The changing table in the womenâs restroom was so gross.
The kids just donât know & they donât care. So I donât see any positive changes until theyâre able to find people who want to be there. Which is hard in a small town

Their shakes are still very large, which is always fun. The fries were tasty, but the rest of the food was just OK. The BBQ burger I got was very sweet. But if you're going just for shakes and fries then you'll enjoy the experience more.

The lady at the front taking orders was rude, didnât listen when I was asking a question and cut me off, ended up making my order wrong as I wanted 2 different shakes, not one mixed. She was arguing with another customer and yelling at her in the store, not really listening to anything she was trying to say either. Itâs not that hard to be polite.

With how often I come into this store I am completely baffled as to how one employee acted during my visit today. I looked at the reviews for this place and wow. It makes sense why so many people give low reviews. I get that people have bad days, but that's no excuse for talking crap on a customer in front of other customers. The whole staff made it clear they are a bunch of teenagers who don't care about their job or how they treat customers. The management at the store is terrible and the owner does not put in any effort to ensure this place runs smoothly.
