Stopped by on our way home to Northern Utah. It was pretty busy and the 2 teenagers that were working were doing a fantastic job. The food came out fairly quick and it was really good. Kudos to the manager for having such a great staff! Great job guys!

We went through on 10/20 (a Sunday) and it appeared half of Utah had decided to stop in Fillmore for lunch that rainy afternoon. The teenage staff that I saw behind the counters did an excellent job of dealing with this overwhelming amount of customers, dealing out food quickly and greeting every customer with a smile. I was, however, disappointed that the management had not scheduled more workers for this obviously busy Sunday, leaving the running of the diner to a few overwhelmed teenagers (who, as I stated, handled it gracefully). I hope this is due to a difficulty in finding employees in a small town, and not the overall ethics of the management style. The former will fluctuate with the high school population, the latter will run a nice diner into the ground.

We always go to the Iceburg in St. George, and have not ever been disappointed. For the Filmore Iceburg, that is a complete opposite if I could give a negative score I would! Honestly, I didn’t even get as far as ordering food! I was just wanting one of those famous Iceburg shakes. Upon entering a young girl was emptying the trash, and the ground looked like there had been many many dripping trash bags carried out that door. Once I got inside I couldn’t believe my eyes! I was instantly in shock! I have NEVER in my life ever been in a filthier place! It was so so DISGUSTING! The trash was piled on tables, on countertops, and on the floor! There was even a spilled purple shake just melting all over the place. I couldn’t believe it! After my shock I turned around and left! Thank heavens for some rain on the ground, I was able to scrub my shoes before entering my car. Went next door to Burger King and was brought back to reality! Was able to order a shake and got on the road!

Service was mediocre to poor. On both occasions going by there, the drive thru was closed. When we went in once the lines inside were long and slow. Staff tried to help but there were not enough folks on hand.
As to food, the rings were unwieldly and a mess. Shakes were decent but not as good as usual for Iceberg in flavor not being as strong. Fries were good, the best part of the meal. I believe this place was a local shop before and has converted to an Iceberg, but isn't the same quality as the others.
The quality of the shakes has gone down. The 'ice cream' was more like ice milk with crystals in it, not good. Still love the onion rings!

This establishment was so rude. We were at the drive-in and they kept looking at us and never ever opened the window. They looked at us a laughed. We tried to call to get our food they didn’t answer the phone. We didn’t dare to go in because of how it made us feel. Highly recommend to stay as far away from this place as possible.

Needs a through cleaning. Floor look like they haven’t been cleaned for years as did the counters. Left without ordering anything. Will stop in next time we come through Fillmore just to see if they have improved.
