So when the customer pays you full price why dont you guys give back atleast what he paid for. I drove fours hours and ordered my dinner and it was all nasty. Picture says it all. Half cup of nacho cheese, no cheese in quesadilla, burrito was missing chicken and only filled with white queso cream. You ruined my dinner. Round of applause for the greatest chef.

Not great customer service. Ok food when you get what you order.
They don’t make ordering easy. I ordered a #7 not in a combo (2 fiesta tacos). They put the fiesta sauce on the side like I asked but I only got 1 fiesta taco and they didn’t put tomatoes or pico on it. After coming back inside they begrudgingly gave me pico on the side. I also ordered a #2 not in a combo (2 soft tacos). Those came as ordered.
I discovered the error when I was handing out the food in the car so I went back inside and they called up the manager. When I asked about it she said that when you don’t order a #7 in a combo you only get one. This doesn’t make sense because I specifically told her #7 and it says on the menu board 2 fiesta tacos. However, when you order #2 you still get 2 soft tacos even if it isn’t in a combo.
I suggested that she let her employees know that if someone says they want a #7 they should enter two fiesta tacos in the order or at least ask if the person wants two before completing the order. She smugly smiled and partially rolled her eyes giving me the impression she didn’t care about my suggestion.
There are a lot of restaurants on the east side of the freeway, and a nice Maverick as well. I recommend going over there.

It's a taco shop attached to a Love's gas station so you get convenience. But at the end of the day it's still a taco shop attached to a gas station. I never hesitate to eat here when I stop, the food is freshly prepared, and the staff are always very pleasant.
Ok this is a common problem. Why aren't these places utilizing the app. Your not even properly listed on the map. All I want to do is order ahead so I can get back on the road. I tend to skip places like this who aren't recognized by the taco johns website. This place is new but not that new. Loves is on Google maps, this taco johns is barely listed and nowhere near this address.

Be advised your drive-through timer is lying to you. Customers are waiting much longer than your drive-through timer is reporting because every single customer is being pulled forward to wait longer. While walking my dog, I saw no less than three cars go through the drive-through and every single one of them were pulled skewing your drive-through timer numbers. When I pull through the drive-through to get my order, I was also pulled, and the lady at the window told me it was policy. If this is your policy, this is not good customer service. On top of that, what I ordered was not what I received. When attempting to correct it over the phone because I had already driven 30 miles south. I was told to turn back around in order to get the problem corrected.

Two days in a row, where I get back out to my truck. And the Food is cold. So cold in fact it's almost inedible. Luckily I have an air fryer. But I should not have to make my own FAST FOOD. HOT. Last night I checked it down, to maybe they were getting ready to close. This morning at 11:20. Same thing way too cold. This is a safety hazard. Almost like they are recycling old meat straight from a fridge. And not even having the common decency to microwave it. I hope the managers see this review. And course correct immediately.
I’ve been wanting to try taco John’s for a few years now and I finally came across one in Fillmore Utah. It was in a gas station so I wasn’t expecting much but I was surprised at how good the food was got a cheesy queso steak boss burrito 🌯 it was sooooo good. It had sour cream on it ( I don’t like sour cream ) but it was still good potatoes ole ( tater tots ) and two tacos 🌮 everything was good especially the guacamole. I plan on stopping by on my way back to California

I’m impressed! I got a spicy chicken and potato soft taco for $3 while traveling. The food was fresh and tasted good. They had my food to me in less than 5 minutes, and the servers were friendly. I would happily stop here again the next time I passing by.
