Stopped in this local eatery and were so impressed with the service and the meals. Probably the best Cajun blackened Salmon I've ever had! Kate Callahan is an excellent cook and generous with her proportions. This was my husband's birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint! We will be stopping in again on our travels down the I-15 corridor.

We stopped for lunch at the Eatery while traveling through the area. We like to try local spots. Food was disappointing. Chicken fried steak and French dip sandwich below average. Indifferent service. Not someplace I would recommend.

You are probably traveling from somewhere neat, maybe going somewhere interesting. Keep doing that, you will find many more options ahead on the road. Less costly options , the foods good, but there's an upcharge for the fries. The fries have enough oil to top off your rig for the roadtrip home. Service is standard for a Utah small town, which means... Friendly faces that have no clue how to run a restaurant. Calm down and remember where you are, a small town in Utah, where someone got the idea to overcharge for food that will be ready by the time you've arrived at your final destination.
I'm not upset at the restaurant, I'm upset at the 5 star reviews that led me to believe I stumbled onto something special.
BTW- Still out of Turkey, lol. Full lit up bar, with out a bar tender in sight, what a tease. UDABC, you could use this license somewhere else.
If you are in Fillmore and hungry,not thirsty, with time to kill, and you like surprise bills, try it. This is not against Fillmores leading dining establishment, its for the weary consumer.
