We are camping in Garden City and decided to enjoy Mexican foods tonight. I enjoyed a shimp fajita burrito, my husband loved his fish taco and veggie burrito. My sister had a taco salad and her husband had a shimp fajita. Everyone loved it! The service was great; we received our food quickly. We would come again when we are in the area.
The food was fresh and of good quality, the service was lacking. When our waiter helped, it was great but he didn't check on us until the end, never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything until we had eaten the whole meal. I had waited 10 min after he brought our food for him to come back because we needed more sauce, we even said excuse me to another server several times, loudly as she passed and were completely ignored. A nice girl did let us charge my phone...
Good experience. My family and I ate here this past week, it was in the middle of July. We had a solid experience. Recognize that you may have to sit outside in the heat because their dining area could be full. Otherwise, you may have to wait longer if you want to sit inside. The food is really good, nice varieties, they even make a great Molé. The wait staff and service was solid. It's not going to wow you, but you'll have a really solid experience at Cafe Sabor.
