O.v.e.r.p.r.i.c.e.d. Food is bleh. Biggest thing was no change? twice? ive been about three times & gotten to-go, paid with cash twice out of the three, & when giving the servers my cash (more than the total) i was not offered my change back. i decided to just sacrifice the $3 to avoid the awkward situation but thats not okay. tipping and the amount tipped is up to the customer, and there are no prices on the menu? how am i supposed to know how much money im gonna be spending on my meal if theres only prices by the drinks. menu is corny and not in a good way, should definitely be updated with prices added, also not a car restaurant. seems more like they needed an excuse to keep their rusty old car shells. ($12 for slice of carrot cake, soggy sweet potato fries, soggy fish, dry burger bun, reg. fries oversalted, soup tooo spicy, mac n cheese tastes likes the big metal pan its assumedly kept in)

The food was good. My wife ordered a shrimp basket. There was so much shrimp and onion rings that she couldn't finish her meal. My soda seemed like it was a little watery. It was too cold in the restaurant to blame it on the ice melting.

Parking: I'm not sure if we were supposed to park at the front on the street, as the entrance was in the back where the actual parking lot is.

Food was good, it was nice to have a place to eat when all of the seasonal locations are closed around bear lake. Service was very fast and friendly even with it being a busier weekend dinner time. Prices were a bit high, with up to date pricing being available in their website, but portions were large and we definitely had some to take home. Was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any ice cream so we weren't able to get shakes, but it seemed to be a supply issue for the entire town because no one had any ice cream available.

Full disclosure: this review does not reflect the quality of the food at Cody's Gastro Garage because we didn't have any. We drove over an hour from our home to try this place because we'd heard good things about it. Upon arrival, there was one couple in the place, yet it took a few minutes for us to be greeted and seated by a young woman who seemed less than enthused to be there. To add to our negative impression, we were then told we had to scan a QR code to see a full menu, including prices and what they may or may not have in stock. Those few minutes left such a bad taste in our mouths, we moved on.

We drove an hour from Evanston, WY, to try Cody's Gastro Garage after hearing and seeing good things about it. Even though there was only one couple in the restaurant when we arrived, it took a few minutes to be greeted and seated by a young woman who didn't seem very enthused about being there. We were perplexed to see that prices of most entrees were not listed on the menu. Our server/greeter explained that we had to scan a QR code to see what individual entree prices were and to see what items might or might not be available. Hearing that immediately turned us off; yes, we are old school, and no, we're not scanning a QR code just to order lunch. We relayed that to our server who said in an off-hand way, "it's not my restaurant." We moved on. So disappointed!

The tacos were wonderful!

Can’t even get seated because nobody will acknowledge you while there is 3 employees smoking out back. This place needs to go out of business

Nobody wants to serve you. You wait 10 minutes before you even sit down and then the food is overpriced and not very good. Needs better management

I ordered the fish and chips w/ sweet potato fries.. the fish was a little over cooked but not bad... nothing special. My husband got the hellcat and other than not having and sauce he loved it. The service was meh. We waited for ever to be seated they brought the wrong side then my husband's drink was empty for a long time.. he finally went to the bathroom... came back and still no refill. Had to flash her down for it... I don't think I would choose to come back.

Rude and unfriendly. Waited forever for them just to acknowledge we were waiting for a table. Finally just walked out.

Not only was it 17 for this plain burger with fries. But I couldn't even eat it cause it was beyond raw. Ordered 3 of them. All 3 were raw. 60 down the toilet. Over priced for raw food.

Run out of things through out the day due to fresh ingredients being brought in daily. Highly recommend.

Wasn't really much to the food for the price they charge. The blt had very little bacon and no mayo or any other sauce on it. Really small portions. My step son enjoyed the ice cream sandwich that comes with the kids meal, he had to ask for it before we paid though

I am a salad snob and judge a restaurant by their salads. This place did not disappoint in any way! My husband's only complaint was the burger was a bit over cooked and dry, so maybe ask for it to be cooked to your liking, which he will do next time.
