Put a $300 phone in order for pickup at 530pm. Arrived at 505pm to pay and make sure they knew we were coming…. They said it would be 30 minutes…. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally got our pizza. They were telling walk-in and call in customers it was a two hour wait for pizza as they had 18 other phone in orders. Obviously they were busy, slammed, overwhelmed. But don’t tell me it’s going to be 530 if it’s going to be 645.
