The Caribbean Cowboy Reviews
We ordered the family meal, it was impeccable. The ribs are on point and the pulled pork was to die for. My family also really enjoyed the baked beans and street corn. This was definitely a hit for a family dinner. I highly recommend this family owned and operated BBQ restaurant.
WOW! It's been so hard to find good BBQ here in Utah and this place does it right! I'm from Texas so I judge BBQ pretty harshly and this place from the Brisket to the sweet corn does it all RIGHT 👍🏼 I'll definitely be going back and the price is so worth it all. Big portions and great quality food. The lemonades are amazing as well!
We loved the raspberry cheesecake cookies! They are excellent!

The Caribbean Cowboy offers a memorable dining experience with a diverse menu featuring delectable BBQ dishes, such as ribs, Texas Twinkies, and Mexican-style street corn. The restaurant has a clean, modern atmosphere with a spacious covered outdoor patio, creating a comfortable setting for enjoying food and conversation. Guests can expect warm and friendly service, with staff taking care of visitors and talking with kids. The food is homemade and consistently praised, especially the brisket, ribs, pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and corn, and desserts like fudge and cookies that are gluten-free. The restaurant is very careful about gluten-free options, making it a good choice for those with celiac disease. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility add to the convenience. The country-farmhouse vibe gives the place a cozy feel, especially for locals or visitors on the weekend. The house-made lemonade is fresh and fun, though some find it a bit watered down. The cornbread is highly recommended, and the street corn is a big hit—warm, charred, and generously seasoned. Some sides, like baked beans, fall short, tasting plain without much flavor. Prices can add up quickly, with two lemonades, a two-meat plate with sides, and cornbread costing around $60 for two people, which might be steep for regular visits for locals. Overall, it’s a charming spot where customers enjoy delicious food, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere, with some dishes shining and others needing improvement. It’s a place with great potential and a cozy, welcoming environment.
