I've been going to Bear Lake with our family for many summers and candidly we've always eaten next door at LaBeau's. I was talking with my Brother-in-Law who said for Shakes LaBeau's still reigns supreme with the quantity and quality of the shakes, but for food nothing compares to Zipz. So as a family we went to Merlin's, LaBeau's, and Zipz and without question Zipz food is the best. I got the muenster burger with jalapeno jelly, fries, onion rings, and a grasshopper milkshake. I had no idea all these years what I was missing out on. That burger was to die for and the fries, rings, and shake were sooo good. The young lady at the cash register could not have been nicer, and all of the sauces make this place go to the next level. Enjoy Zipz...best food in Garden City.

We had heard about how important it was to get a raspberry shake while at Bear Lake, and by far this restaurant had the best one. Our whole family went out and got dinner and shakes and not a single bite of our shakes remained when we left. There was lots of seating, games , and photo opportunities. Staff was friendly and our food came out quickly, even though it was a busy day. I will definitely be making sure to come back here every time I'm anywhere close, and even just for a day trip down to Bear Lake.

Prepare for a line if there are the weekend. I would say I waited around 45 minutes for my food. However, I was seriously impressed by their hustle in the kitchen... they are nonstop turning out food & shakes. As far as the food goes, it is what I expected. Solid fries and burger, but nothing out of this world. I'll admit, I was not sure about all the hype surrounding these rasberry shakes. BUT, it was actually really good. Then again, rarely is ice cream bad.

Line was pretty long as it is clearly a popular restaurant but I believe the food and experience were well worth the wait. The coconut shrimp was pretty good but the pulled pork sandwich and pina colada was excellent...just about as good as I've ever had. I really appreciated the various options of sauces for the fries.
The kids enjoyed the oversized connect 4 and Jenga and they also have foosball. It would be nice if they put up some sort of shade for the line.
Great food! Had an area for people to play games and plenty of shade. Would definitely recommend the cowboy burger and sweet potato fries.

My wife called this the most enjoyable restaurant experience that she's had since having kids over two years ago. I agree. This place has the perfect amount of entertainment for kids of all ages, the food is absolutely amazing and a steal for what they charge, and all of the ingredients are super fresh.
This will be a regular stop for us every time we pass through this area. Don't let the lines scare you away. They move fast and it's worth it.

I tried Zipz for the first time during a recent trip to Bear Lake, and it was well worth the wait despite the line. I ordered a shake and onion rings with fry sauce. The onion rings arrived hot and fresh, quickly becoming a family favorite. The shake was equally refreshing after a day in the sun. The restaurant has a great menu, including shakes, slushees, Dole Whip, berries and cream, burgers, chicken, pulled pork, and various sides. There was ample seating, which was a welcome relief after the wait.
The Cowboy Burger with a raspberry lime shake = heaven.

My family hits Zipz at least once during our trips to Bear Lake. Good food. Expensive...may want to consider sharing meals as quantities are large. Amazing shakes!
Only open seasonally from late May to Labor Day. Excellent food, environment, and service!
