This was our first visit to Salty Bear, just outside the typical season for the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. The portions were generous, larger than expected, but everything we ordered was excellent. The staff were friendly, the tables were spacious enough for a family, and we appreciated the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back.
Ate here tonight and they were super busy, so the food took a few minutes to get out but when it came out the food was amazing! Great burger amazing gyro and the raspberry shake is as good as I have ever had, the freshest raspberries! Thank you so much for being a class act and comping the Shakes! Nobody has done it better in bear lake! Thank you! Thank you! We are coming back for more!

The owners are very nice, incredible, and easy to talk to, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Service is fast, with no one waiting more than five minutes for food, even when all tables are full. Prices are good for the food. It is a place people will definitely return to and highly recommend.
