This is an all you can eat make your own stir fry and burger bar. You fill your bowl up with all the ingredients you like, there are lots of fresh vegetables and tofu, and then you pick a sauce, the Thai peanut butter was delicious. They then fry it up for you. You can go back up as many times as you like. I had very low expectations but with limited options in the area, especially out of season, this place stepped up.
Like many travelers passing through the canyon, we decided to stop by after reading some reviews and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip.

What a great concept for a restaurant, fill a bowl with your stirfry choices, add the sauces, and it’s quickly cooked up for you. We had a really delicious meal; I had two bowlfuls, both of which were really good, my husband had two bowls and a burger. My only regret is that we didn’t go there the night before as well! The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
