Tonight was the third time I’ve waited 10+ mins on car side delivery after being notified my order is ready. Tonight I gave up and walked in to get it myself. Plenty of employees just wandering around instead of paying attention to the order screens.

So much for free pizzas. We’ve ordered a lot of pizzas from here over the past 6 years. Service is hit and miss, as is the food. Don’t bother ordering prepackaged salads as they aren’t fresh 90% of the time. Wings are rubbery, and pizzas are usually burnt, undercooked, or someone gets crazy with the ingredients and adds extra salt when none was asked for.Delivery charges keep going up, which reduces my tip amount I am willing to tip the driver. There food is good I'll give them that but this is 3 times now where I've ordered my food 1-3 hours in advanced and it's consistently isn't ready at the set time for pick up. First time it went 40 minutes past the pick up time. Second time it went 30 minutes past pick up time. Then today it went 20 minutes past and we got there at the pickup time and there were only 2 tickets printed including ours and they hadnt even put our pizza in the oven. Like i said...
