When your truck driver obviously you're not getting gourmet top service at a fast food she usually I try not to rate fast food restaurants unleess they're really good or really terrible. Double check your order is correct before leaving, that means unpacking and inspecting what you get . I assume they gave me somebody else's sandwich I assume that the chicken nuggets have been sitting out for a long time and I assume they didn't hear me say that I wanted my apple turnover warmed up. The kid did apologize to me when he gave me the food I just didn't realize he was apologizing cuz the food was not good .

I don’t normally eat at Arby’s, but I have to say the service was top notch. My partner and I went in around 10:15pm after a long day of driving and I don’t know if they were about to close or were just slow, but the wait was maybe 5 minutes, which they gave us a heads up. The two gentlemen helping us had to make everything from scratch, but did it with a smile and didn’t make us feel bad. Overall wonderful experience and refreshing to see the employees so happy.

Stood waiting in line while they were in a circle talking literally doing nothing… it took another guy they were talking to who wasn’t a employee to say something for them 2 acknowledge me, dude who took my order looked like I was bothering him by me being there and at the end they gave me half my order and when I spoke up the girl had a stank attitude until two her coworkers said something. Very awkward experience. Trash employees… maybe racism or just kids with bad attitudes. Either way trash customer service.
