“Definitely not your standard American TexMex. Food is amazingly cooked from scratch with flavor! Place is in an old truck stop but clean and colorful. Owned by young family just starting out. Husband runs entire front of house with amazing wife and cook hidden in the kitchen. A DIAMOND in the desert.”

“Terrific! We hadn't seen a Blimpie's in years! They didn't have the delicious seafood sandwich they had years ago. But they have a large menu. There were 6 of us, so it took a bit of time for the sandwiches to be made. But they slice the meat to order & only one employee at the time. The bread was so good! So much better than Subway, so much better! Everyone was super happy with their sandwiches. I recommend the Hoboken.”

Kylie and Noah made our sandwiches and absolutely crushed it!!! they seriously deserve a raise or should be running the place if they want to! I stop at Subways pretty often, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had in a long time.

Kary was working in the background and had great vibes too. It’s so nice to see hospitality and professionalism this refreshing.

“We ate three times at this place. Good Mexican food, larger portions for reasonable prices. Since „me defiendo en Español”, the staff fell in love with our group of 5. Since only two of us were fluent in English I had to act as the middleman. Nevertheless, the personnel were friendly, patient and helpful. They went the extra mile every time we visited. Abrazos cordiales!”

“We ordered three meat pizza, which was nice and fresh. Better than the typical Little Caesars stores. This is an express store and seems to offer medium size only. But it perfectly works for our family. One thing: Google suggests to call for the hours beforehand, but when we called, the call was hung up automatically.”
