Tamarisk Restaurant is an oasis in the desert, offering delicious meals like Navajo Taco Chicken Salad, Navajo bread, hamburger, Pancakes, T-roll, bacon, eggs, Southwest Navajo Flatbread, street tacos, and cinnamon rolls. The steak was flavorful but needed trimming. Guests enjoyed the atmosphere, excellent service, and a nice view of the Green River. Ample parking for RVs and motorhomes is available.
