Told me that the main office won’t allow them to make a flat bread “sandwich,” and that they will get in trouble if they don’t make it as a wrap. Despite me asking them to make it as a sandwich instead of a massive wrap that isn’t even a wrap since, you know, it’s 12 inch flat bread and not a tortilla, so the ends are just open, they said they couldn’t do it. Well, they didn’t do anything to get in trouble, I guess, but they earned this one star review for refusing to give me what I asked for, and trying to make a big round monstrosity that I would never be able to eat. I felt like I was being punked, it was so ridiculous.

Barb was wonderful from beginning until end of making my order. She went above and beyond by meeting all my requests. I'd definitely stop here for a bite anytime I'm hungry. The Best subway ever.
