Food is good but the lady is rude. I was going to go back and get more food but she made me feel like I was annoying her by ordering.

Best horchata I’ve ever had!

What a find. It's easy to see why this place is so highly rated. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the food tasted very much like something you would find in a San Diego Mexican place. We will be back again next time we take the i-70

Great tacos! I enjoyed my barbacoa, tripa tacos. 🌮 I bought tacos for a family of 6, it was around $60 but worth it. Their salsa bar was delicious! If I ever come thought Green River again def stopping.

The food was excellent, great service, and very clean facilities.

Did not expect to find a good little Mexican spot in rural Utah, but I did. They have vegetarian refried beans and rice so I was able to easily make a vegan burrito with rice, beans, pico, guac, and hash browns. There’s also a salsa bar with actually spicy salsa. Pleasantly surprised. The people were sweet as well.

I ordered a marinated beef burrito from the outdoor taco truck. Rice and beef were fresh, and the tortilla was perfectly moist, toasted, and fresh. Come to find out they buy the tortillas from town's tortilla factory one hour away, but get a custom order whereby the tortilla is slightly undercooked and toasted to perfection onsite at the taco truck. Salsa bar didn't have lots of items, but the three salsa choices and pickled peppers and onion-cilantro mix were fresh and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, and, upon seeing me chow down on hot salsa (I guess they don't see many white girls eat hot peppers), brought me a custom-made roasted chilli salsa that was incredible. I also enjoyed eating my winter burrito inside the warm indoor dining hall. Only thing I wish they had was beer.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely; besides, staff is used to throwing parties with lots of children. I've really never known a Latin community to be opposed to rambunctious kiddos. Just clean up after them and all is good. Patio is quite large and accommodates lots of strollers. Green River's main drag isn't very busy, but you'll want to keep an eye on your kids because taco truck is 30 feet from street. There's a great park across the street so you can eat your meal there, if you'd like.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. You can eat outdoors, which is a concrete patio with no stairs, or there's double-wide door to the dining hall with chair tables (not booths). The taco truck has a high bar, however, but I'm sure you can knock on the truck's kitchen door to get staff attention, though they often have that door wide open.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito that was literally the smallest $15 burrito. I unwrapped it so confused and they had smeared the beans like a paste across the bottom and it was such a thin layer, also I don’t think they put any cheese in it or it was, again, negligible amounts. I had to go back and ask for more beans. $15? I ordered the cheapest thing to make. So sad :(

It's hard to want to eat anywhere else in Green River knowing this place is here. You have to try the habanero sauce!

There is fee if you choose to use credit card, they also charge tax if you pay by cash. It’s on the way to the national park so it slightly higher price than a random mex food truck in SLC. The service could be slow.

Good food, but they put my quesadilla on a Styrofoam plate and it burned a whole through the plate. Eating Styrofoam is very unhealthy and could have easily been avoided
