Thankfully just passing through. When my service dog alerted, we were asked to remove him for barking. When we asked for a check we were told it was Utah state law that because we ordered a beer with dinner we must eat there. They wouldn't bring our check or boxes when we asked for them. And this was after we took our dog out.

I found this restaurant to have lived up to its reviews‼️ No exaggerations, TRULY AWESOME‼️
But it was the warm personality of Manager Phillis(may have name wrong). She was very outgoing in a calm way. We spoke for several minutes.

Many places may have great fare but poor staff. Or great staff & poor fare.
This restaurant checked both boxes in the positive‼️

I give them 10 stars out of 5😉

There was five of us, two-head hamburgers that were very overcooked one had chicken strips which were very overcooked also. The salad that I had was great and there was a lot to eat
The waitress wasn't all that great. How to actually get another waitress to get us some water. So yeah not the greatest experience.

This restaurant was one of our favorite stops on our trip. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, and we never received anything we did not enjoy. The portions were large, yet affordable. There was also a cute gift shop area when you walk in. We stayed as guests in the Skyfall rooms downstairs, and enjoyed many meals from Tamarisk. We will definitely return when we visit the area again. Thank you!

We came here for dinner on a Thursday evening. There was no wait for a table and we were seated overlooking the river and sunset. Our waitress was super friendly and social, and she gave us some good recommendations on what to order when we couldn’t decide. I ordered the ribs and they were fall-off-the-bone and delicious. They offer a large variety of sides too, not just fries, I had the cilantro rice and black beans. I also highly recommend the Navajo fry bread, we all loved it. We ended up coming back here for breakfast the next morning. The bacon was done just right and the breakfast burrito was HUGE! Very highly recommend this restaurant.

The location is close on the Green River I70 business loop. Worth a lunch stop. The French dip has a generous helping of beef and good flavor. I would have liked the au jus to be a darker broth and not as clear as it was though. Service is fast and friendly. I love the open window seats make it feel like your next to the river and in the hot sun.

Loved the gluten free breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon and gluten free toast on the side🤩 the service was nice also.

This place has been serving great food beside the Green River for at least 30 years now. We stop every time we drive through, and everything is always excellent.
