Planned dinner at another restaurant in town that was closing the next day. Nah! We mentioned interest in BBQ ribs to April at Mountain Ridge Resort and she recommended this place. Great service but would ask for a larger salad plate next time I happen to be in Hatch.

I highly recommend this place! You can fell like in a far-west movie! Perfect if you are going towards Tropic or Bryce Canyon.Service was so friendly, and the food Amazing!!! They are very nice with tourists.Great place !

Stopped in for dinner after long day of activities in Bryce Canyon. Saloon was clean and welcoming. We ordered the chicken sandwich and 16oz rib-eye. Steak was very good, lean & well seasoned. Another bonus, the beef was sorced locally. Menu was limited, but the prices are fair and the service was great. Would eat here again! PLEASE NOTE - NO individuals under 21 years of age can enter the saloon based on Utah law for sites that serve alcohol(saloon).

Chrissy and Lorali were fantastic and provided a great dining experience. Don’t get offput by the ID or Passport requirement as this is a Utah state requirement. I highly recommend the Outlaw Saloon as a unique experience. Once again Lorali and Chrissy put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome and appreciated.

We stopped here on our way to Bryce Canyon from Zion. The steaks, beer, and service were all amazing, great place with local charm and vibes!

IMPORTANT ADVICE: BRING ALONG PASSPORT!(very rigorous screening for all guests due to strict Utah laws)Proper American saloon! Nice and caricaturesque staff, who very kindly provided suggestions and took orders. Interesting and mixed public. Salad 'boosting' bar has plenty of choices. The rack of ribs was unbelievably good and decently priced. Would recommend. Just don't forget US ID or Passport (if foreign).Vegetarian options: They serve Impossible Burgers as only burger option, which is suitable for vegans/vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Not suitable for kids as licensed as a saloon rather than a restaurant.

The city of hatch only has a 109 people, and the food was knocked out the staff was really friendly, it's funny because a couple of the people in the small town are from our Hometown of Florida talk about a small world food was excellent, it's adults only think it's 21. An uphilosophy idea at the door they have a couple pool tables. The chef did an excellent job of making our mistakes and food. They have a little salad bar, so you can load up and make yourself. How you like it really friendly? It was quite environment not too loud where they're towards the end of the night, but there's a perfect place to stop in and grab some food highly recommend.
