The Outlaw Saloon & Restaurant is a great place with amazing food, serving locally sourced steaks and ribs from Kanab ranches. The steak and ribs were phenomenal, with the smoked ribs being the freshest, never frozen, and from a local farm. The NY steak medium rare was perfect, also from another local farm. The brisket is some of the best, made daily, and the homemade Mac and cheese was a hit. The space has a great modern rustic cowboy bar feel, super clean and welcoming, with a pool table for families. The service was excellent, with a friendly staff that provides recommendations for local hikes. The peach cobbler was pretty amazing, and the beer lineup is excellent. Portions are generous, and the house salad and house made dressing are great. This is definitely the place to eat in Hatch or nearby, worth getting out of the touristy canyon spots.
