I understand all of Heber is understaffed. But if your sign says open till 7pm, you serve your customers til 7pm. Also the manager is extremely rude, so it is no wonder no one wants to work here.
A huge shout out to Arby's in Heber. I stopped with my boys and and after ordering I realized I had left my debit card home. I asked if they took a check and they don't. I asked the order taker to just cancel the order and the manager came up behind her and said she would cover it. She trapped a couple keys and said we are square. What a blessing. Thank you! I'll stop here every time we come thru from now on...with $$$ :D
