Back 40 Ranch House Grill offers fantastic food, accommodating dietary restrictions with excellent service. The grilled salmon with mushroom risotto is a must-try. The beet salad, salmon tacos, Back 49 burger, chicken Gorgonzola, and prime beef stroganoff are also highly recommended, although the prime rib was a bit chewy. The truffle french fries with a special sauce are amazing. They efficiently handle large groups, taking separate payments. While the burger was great, the fries were too greasy to enjoy. The parking lot is spacious but tight. It's advisable to arrive early for the daily special, like the halibut meal. A great spot for delicious meals and friendly service.
