Back 40 Ranch House Grill offers fantastic food, accommodating dietary restrictions with excellent service. The grilled salmon with mushroom risotto is a must-try. The beet salad, salmon tacos, Back 49 burger with organic grass-fed beef, chicken Gorgonzola, and prime beef stroganoff are also highly recommended. The truffle french fries with a special sauce are amazing, and the Parmesan Parsley French Fries are fantastic. They efficiently handle large groups, taking separate payments. The burgers are the best, especially with pastrami and Heber Valley cheese. The salmon salad, sweet potato fries, and poke bowl are also enjoyed by guests. Love the ambience and being able to watch the horses trot around back. The staff is attentive, waits are short, and the food always comes out like somebody in the kitchen cares. The service is fast, and the servers are super nice. A great spot for delicious meals and friendly service, always a solid choice when in the Heber area. Make sure you come hungry, because you will leave happy and full.
