Very short staffed. My patty melt was bland, with no moistness whatsoever. Fries were not good. Looked good, but were nasty. Overcooked. I love the atmosphere, but the food wasn't good. My friends had the Navajo tacos and were not impressed. The scones were good, but they had very little chili on them, so were dry. I would love to say the meal was great, but it just wasn't. They need to up their game on both their food and service. Won't be going there again.
Perfect day to find a new “favorite spot”. Chilly rainy day and I just finished eating Betty’s Breakfast (eggs, sausage, hash browns and biscuits and gravy). This place has that “cafe” vibe and is worth a visit.
Stopped at Betty’s for lunch on our way through Heber City. Ordered the hot hamburger sandwich and my wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The hot hamburger sandwich was terrific. Came with real mashed potatoes and brown gravy, with a side of green beans with bacon and onions. Chicken sandwich was grilled to perfection and had a side of hand cut French fries.
