The staff were friendly, attentive, and VERY helpful. I created a special salad and the gal did an excellent job. Then the young lady who checked me out was VERY patient helping me log in on the app to take advantage of a birthday coupon. I'm eager to go back! By the way, the food was great! And at a great price!

My hubby and I love costa vida and we are here on our honeymoon. Being a manager myself I’m pretty observant on spaces and feedback. The food was delicious, the line took a little longer than it should’ve. The girl working was picking up the slack of the others. There were many times when there were customers at the counter waiting for assistance. There were two workers who were chit chatting by the drive through window not paying attention to those at the counter or waiting...

Ordered a Steak Burrito with black beans and green sauce. Received a pork burrito with pinto beans and red sauce. 1 out of 4 correct, gotta pump up that accuracy. Want to be mad for paying the premium for steak and just getting pork, but it was at least still a good burrito.
