Service was amazing - favorite restaurant now by far ! Waitress was on top of everything- friendly and personable took time to talk and welcome you ! The owner (as we asked our waitress who he was) was making sure all his customers were enjoying their food and evening - he made sure everyone was served fast and if not he made sure they have a freebie on him ! Had Breakfast and the service was very good! They were timely and very friendly! The atmosphere was LOUD very LOUD! It an updated and clean space, but noise bounces off the floor and walls. I had the eggs benedict, the Canadian Bacon was like Smithfield sliced lunchmeat and the hollandaise tasted like Sysco bagged, the hash browns were limp and also tasted like Sysco pre made. I will give it another try, only because of the service

While in town for business, I had the opportunity to try out The Hub. Even when walking in with less than 30 minutes until closing time, Mo (the owner) was very welcoming and immediately told us not to worry about it. Immediately after being seated we were greeted by the very friendly, Chrissy. Who was also unbothered by our late arrival. The nachos came highly recommended and did not disappoint!
