Edit: I previously left a review regarding how uncomfortable I was watching how what I assumed was management was treating a teenage employee. Jimmy John's quickly reached out regarding the situation trying to get details in order to take appropriate action! In Heber City, stopped in for a sandwich. I tried the Caesar salad wrap with shredded chicken. It was pretty good. It was just like a Caesar salad in a tortilla with crushed croutons. Pretty tasty ?

I wish I could give both a 5 and 1 star review. Jimmy Johns has always been my favorite sandwich restaurant in the valley. The amazing service and food has kept me coming back for years. However, something tragic has happened. Jimmy Johns discontinued the greatest item on their menu -- Kickin' Ranch. I did try the new replacement (Jalapeño Ranch) but it is no where near as good as kickin ranch. My time as a frequent Jimmy Johns customer has officially come to an end.
