Bad service. Got the order wrong.
Very slow.
Customer service was awesome & the food was delicious.
Honestly, this KFC doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. This place never improves itself and after 3 years living here, I don't know why I bother to come to this restaurant. I always have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for my order and it doesn't matter how busy it is. Often the order is messed up or they are out of a certain type of chicken. At KFC, staff provide prompt and pleasant service in a clean and happy environment. The parking area is spacious. The place is very clean, well maintained and well staffed. While one customer experienced a minor issue with an order, most visitors enjoy good food and cleanliness. The restaurant also serves Taco Bell, offering a varied menu to customers. The food is hot, juicy, fresh and super delicious. The drive thru service was fine. Tony was very patient and kind.
