Ichiban offers an elaborate menu with very low prices, tempting customers to order more than they can eat. The food is great, especially the sushis. However, some aspects are disappointing, such as being seated next to loud customers, a bathroom smelling like a dirty kitchen, and rushed service to pay the bill. For some, ordering takeout doesn't live up to the in-restaurant experience. The Teriyaki Chicken was dry and tasted more like sesame oil, leading to a first-time customer's decision not to return, despite good service and efficient online ordering.
