Best in Heber!!! This hidden gem is no ordinary gem- it’s a diamond of high quality, incredibly delicious food in a land full of greasy diners. It took me far too long to try it out and is now my favorite spot from Park City to Midway and beyond. Try the pancakes! Great gluten free meals for dayyys- and you really can’t tell that they’re gluten free! Super in love with this lil spot
I was in Heber City on 8/12/25 and decided to try Mountain Wellness Kitchen for lunch. It’s a quaint cafe tucked on the back side at the intersection of S.Main and E. Center streets. I placed an order for take out and the food was ready in a short amount of time as the place was not busy. The Chicken Kale with Wild Rice salad and Chicken Buddha Bowl were delicious. Fabulous meal. We enjoyed vegan choices. My salad was cheerfully “veganized” and really delicious. Lots of gluten free options, including delicious Siete tortillas that we hadn’t tried before. Great people offering delicious, clean, and healthy food. Nice location just off Main Street in the back/west side of a building facing Main. Bright and airy indoor seating in addition to some outdoor spots as well
