Amazing food! Had the Wagyu burrito and a couple different tacos and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Generous portions of meat and the burrito was a favorite! They make it a little different- but love the way the outside is a perfectly crisp layer. Been there twice this week alone. Sometimes the food truck is in a parking lot across the street so look around if you need to. Leo will take good care of you!
The tacos were absolutely incredible and reasonably priced, much bigger than the usual taco truck. And the workers were SO nice! Cannot say enough about it. Muchas gracias Wasatch Wagyu :)
The best tacos I’ve had in Utah! Absolutely delicious food and sweet owners. Doesn’t look like much but man, these tacos made me reconsider my plan of going vegetarian. I’ve just got to have more! The wagyu is from their family farm in Utah (was it Oaksville?) and the lamb for the barbacoa is locally sourced as well. Don’t miss it, it just drips of mouthwatering flavor and comes with what must be home made salsas. Didn’t ask about the sourcing of the cochinita pibil...
