Ordered my bagel, waited in line and at the window just for them to tell me they don't have the bagel I ordered. Looking at the reviews, it seems the employees lack the skills to make bagels and provide simple customer service. Wasted my lunch time

75% of the time I go, they are missing ingredients, including an everything bagel. Last it was no bacon. There is a grocery store walking distance. GO GET BACON! My last cold brew tasted like chemicals. NO MORE ASKING FOR TIPS!! Take y card. Charge me for my order and eff off. This is post COVID and you still have a job. No more tips. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back here!!!!

We came here at 8:30am. they were completely out of lemonade which is kind of crazy at 8 in the morning. I then ordered a coke and they had stated that their machine was broken. It took 5 people 23 minutes to get us our 3 bagels we ordered which is crazy

Just spent almost $9 on a nova lox bagel and waited 10 minutes for it only to get home to a sandwhich with no cream cheese on one side. Disappointed.

They were closing at 1:30 PM and their closing houses are 2:00 pm. Was dumping their coffee and had no hot coffee. Wife's sandwich did not have the cheese melted,and no sauce on my all nighter. Server was very good and suggested we have cold brew instead.
Been to Einstein bagels twice in my life now, both at this herriman location. I think the food is great but speed of service leaves much to be desired. First visit was in the store, there was a lot of disfunction, waiting, downtime, lack of level loading with employee tasks. Probably took 25 minutes to get two bagels. Second time drive through was faster at 19 minutes. Einstein team I have a manufacturing background and I’d love to spend time with the group to improve the processes to reduce waste and improve speed of service.
