Dared to try again and had a great experience. Fast service, fresh product. No seating inside. Wish they were open a little later than 2pm, but I get it.

I’ve given this location three tries and my only complaint is that the bagels always seem stale. I don’t experience this at any other location. I was so excited to have this location in Herriman, but it’s been disappointing.

Big shoutout to Janet and the whole team at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Herriman! The customer service here is consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every time. The food is always amazing and made to order so quickly. Fresh bagels, perfectly prepared, and ready in no time. Definitely one of the best and most reliable spots around. Einstein Bros. Bagels is a popular breakfast spot known for its fresh bagels and friendly customer service. Although there have been issues with missing ingredients in sandwiches and occasional lack of coffee around noon, the staff often go out of their way to make things right. For example, when computers were down at the drive-thru, the morning manager kindly gave a free bagel to customers. Recent visits have been improved by attentive staff members who care about customers and provide quality food. Despite some minor inconveniences, customers appreciate the welcoming environment and the effort the staff, including the manager and team members, put into making each visit enjoyable. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels remains a go-to destination for a pleasant breakfast experience.
