Been to Einstein bagels twice in my life now, both at this herriman location. I think the food is great but speed of service leaves much to be desired. First visit was in the store, there was a lot of disfunction, waiting, downtime, lack of level loading with employee tasks. Probably took 25 minutes to get two bagels. I came to the drive-through at 12:15 and put in an order for two bagel sandwiches and one avocado toast. Instead of telling me that they didn’t actually have any of the bagels that go with my order ready they had me sitting at the drive-through window. About 15 minutes after I’ve been sitting there and they can tell I’m getting agitated they tell me that they’re just waiting for my bagels to be cooked. They were closing at 1:30 PM and their closing houses are 2:00 pm. Was dumping their coffee and had no hot coffee. Wife's sandwich did not have the cheese melted,and no sauce on my all nighter. Server was very good and suggested we have cold brew instead.
