This ain’t a great Arby’s. Every time I order there’s ALWAYS something missing. I talked to someone about it and they shrugged me off. I was missing $10+ of food one time wanted to get a refund for the food I was missing and wasn’t helped. As far as opening at 10, they hardly ever have anything ready and most times the lobby is locked until far last 10. We purchased our food, and while waiting, we were told the apple pies would take about 10 to 15 minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and found that they had bagged the rest of our food right when we ordered it. When we got our food home, it was cold. I'm not happy about the service or the food. They are always slow at the drive-thru, that's why we went inside. It didn't matter. We won't be back to this location.
